Explore-IT

Explore-IT is a technical backoffice for companies that need more than a website contractor but do not want to build an internal IT department.

Explore-IT steps in where integrations, platforms, servers, internal tools, and daily operational chaos meet. Sometimes that means a larger implementation, and sometimes a well-scoped diagnosis or technical sprint.

Signs your current way of working is starting to cost too much.

Data is scattered, some steps still require manual handling, and as the number of cases grows, so do cost, errors, and delivery time. That is usually the point where integration, technical order, or a small internal tool starts delivering real value.

Process review

Manual handling

The same data is rewritten across multiple steps. The process takes more time than it should and limits the team's throughput.

Mistakes are costly

Manual steps increase the number of errors, corrections, and follow-up questions. The team keeps revisiting work that should already be done.

Disconnected systems

The platform, store, server, or integration all live separately. It becomes harder to judge what is happening and keep the process predictable.

Scaling bottleneck

As the number of cases grows, so does the amount of manual work and process follow-up. Costs rise faster than the team's capacity.

This is a normal stage of growth. The real cost comes when manual handling and firefighting become the default operating model.
What you can bring me

Find the area where technology is slowing your business down

Instead of a random list of technologies, you get concrete areas where Explore-IT takes over, brings order, and delivers a working solution.

API integrations and automation

For companies losing time to manual status updates, reporting, data sync, and constant process checking.

  • Connecting systems and data flows
  • Automating repetitive process steps
  • Bringing order to statuses, reports, and notifications

WordPress and WooCommerce

Platform work for cases where ready-made plugins and standard configuration are no longer enough.

  • Custom plugins and extensions
  • API integrations and order logic
  • Fixes, expansion, and stabilization of existing setups

Servers and IT maintenance

For companies that need ongoing support for maintenance, changes, and incidents — without finding a new contractor from scratch each time.

  • Updates, backups, and monitoring
  • Servers, mail, domains, and SSL
  • Hour packages and predictable response

Web apps and internal tools

Small and mid-sized tools that improve operations without turning into a heavyweight software-house project.

  • Admin panels and dashboards
  • Process tools and generators
  • Custom modules that support everyday work

Moodle and learning platforms

For organizations that run Moodle or similar platforms and need custom plugins, backend integrations, or logic beyond standard configuration.

  • Custom Moodle plugins and extensions
  • Java library and backend API integrations
  • Course, exam, and exercise automation and user sync

Keycloak and SSO

For companies that want single sign-on and centralized access management across multiple systems and applications.

  • Single sign-on across multiple apps and systems
  • Roles, groups, and access logic
  • Integrating external applications with Keycloak
Smaller tasks

Not every issue needs to become a major implementation.

You can also bring a smaller technical task: a fix, integration, plugin, outage, configuration issue, or short audit. If the topic turns out to be larger, Explore-IT will propose phased work instead of a blind estimate.

Technical diagnosis

A paid review when the scope is unclear, an existing system has to be assessed, or the risk needs to be understood before implementation.

1-5 day sprint

A short engagement focused on a concrete result: fix, integration, configuration, optimization, or a small module.

Fix and take over

For situations where something broke, a plugin stopped working, a platform needs stabilization, or a topic must be taken over after another contractor.

Real results

Selected implementation examples

Concrete work that brought order to processes, reduced manual work, and improved control over day-to-day operations.

Moodle & learning platforms

Moodle learning platform with custom extensions

Custom plugins, a Java library for the Moodle API, and integration of training simulators with courses, exams, and exercises.

Result

Stable, update-resistant Moodle extensions. Course, exam, and exercise handling integrated with backends. Users automatically assigned to courses.

MoodleJavaSpring BootPHP
WordPress & WooCommerce

PointView — WordPress plugin for interactive visualizations

A custom plugin enabling interactive visualizations and data tables — built as a product for multi-client deployment.

Result

The plugin can be deployed, maintained, and commercialized instead of rebuilding a similar solution for each project.

Show me where the team is still working manually or where the platform is starting to break down. We can decide whether a diagnosis, sprint, or larger implementation makes the most sense.

How I reduce risk

A small firm with a predictable process.

I run projects directly, but not chaotically. The client gets clear agreements, protected changes, and the option of ongoing care instead of a black box.

Analysis before implementation

When scope or risk is still unclear, I start with a diagnosis rather than implementing blindly.

Clear scope and priorities

We agree on what, why, and in what order — before any work begins.

Backups and test environment

Production changes are preceded by a backup and verification in a test environment.

Repository and access security

Code in a repository, controlled permissions, and the principle of least privilege.

Testing and verification

Every implementation is checked and confirmed before it reaches the client.

Documentation and handover

Projects close with post-implementation documentation and a clear proposal for ongoing support.

About me

You are talking to an expert,
not a salesperson.

I'm Adrian Zdankiewicz, and I run Explore-IT - a small technical company that helps businesses bring order to the technology running their operations: applications, platforms, integrations, servers, and automation.

My work is practical and implementation-focused: from initial diagnosis, through sprints and larger delivery, to ongoing technical care. I most often reach for Java / Spring Boot, PHP / Symfony, React / Vue.js, WordPress / WooCommerce, and Moodle / SSO — the technical background goes deeper.

Specialization

Integrations, platforms, apps, and IT maintenance

Collaboration

Clear agreements, predictable delivery, and the option of ongoing support.

Questions and answers

How much does it cost?
It depends on the type of issue. Smaller technical tasks, fixes, and diagnoses are priced separately, while larger implementations usually start from a few thousand PLN. If the scope is unclear, we start with a paid diagnosis or a short technical sprint.
Can smaller jobs be submitted?
Yes. You can bring a fix, plugin, integration, configuration issue, or a problem with WordPress, Moodle, Keycloak, a server, or an app. Not every topic needs to become a major implementation.
Do I need a finished specification?
No. That is exactly what diagnosis and scoping are for. We first clarify the scope, then choose the option with the best risk-to-value ratio.
Does Explore-IT take over support after implementation?
Yes. Explore-IT works project-by-project or in an ongoing care model that includes monitoring, backups, updates, fixes, development, and technical consultation.
Who handles the project on Explore-IT's side?
Explore-IT is a small technical business run directly by a specialist responsible for analysis, the solution, and communication. This means the client talks to the decision-maker, not an intermediary. For larger scopes, trusted specialists may be involved, but coordination, technical ownership, and contact remain with Explore-IT.
What if the project turns out to be larger than expected?
For unclear or risky topics, Explore-IT does not price in the dark. A technical diagnosis or analysis phase is proposed first, after which the client receives a scope, priorities, risks, and a recommended action plan. If the project requires additional expertise or more capacity, that is agreed before the next stage begins.
Does Explore-IT use AI?
Yes, but only where it genuinely speeds up work or improves quality without introducing data risk. AI is a supporting tool, not a substitute for responsibility.

Is technology slowing your business down?

An integration, plugin, platform, application, server issue, or ongoing care need.
Send the topic over and Explore-IT will suggest the next concrete step: a call, diagnosis, sprint, or implementation estimate.
