Signs your current way of working is starting to cost too much.
Data is scattered, some steps still require manual handling, and as the number of cases grows, so do cost, risk of errors, and delivery time. This is usually the point where integration or automation starts to deliver real value.
Manual handling
The same data is entered or moved across subsequent steps. The process takes more time than it should and limits the team's throughput.
Mistakes are costly
Manual steps increase the number of errors, corrections, and follow-up clarifications. The team goes back to work that was already done instead of closing tasks efficiently.
Inconsistent data
Different tools show different statuses, figures, or delivery stages. It becomes harder to assess the situation, plan actions, and make sound decisions.
Scaling bottleneck
As the number of cases grows, so does the amount of manual work and process follow-up. Process costs start to rise faster than the team's capacity.
Integrations, automation, and custom solutions
System integrations, process automation, and custom solutions that reduce chaos, errors, and unnecessary manual work.
System integrations
Data flows where it should from start to finish. Less manual work, fewer mismatches, and more control over the process.
- Data synchronization
- Consistent states and statuses
- One source of truth
Built for reliability. No manual patching.
Process automation
Repetitive steps taken off your team’s plate: request handling, task handoffs, reporting, and quality checks.
- Request qualification and routing
- Clear information flow
- Reports generated automatically
AI only where it improves speed, quality, or scale.
3 implementation examples
Concrete implementations that brought order to processes, reduced manual work, and improved control over day-to-day operations.
E-commerce: shipping and statuses in one system
Situation
Order handling was scattered: manual entry, splitting into parcels, generating documents, and notifying customers. The process involved 2–3 people, required constant manual oversight, and still led to errors.
Implementation
I integrated the store with the supplier’s and carrier’s APIs and extended both the customer and admin interfaces. The system automatically creates shipments, splits them into parcels, calculates shipping costs, generates labels, synchronizes statuses, and sends customer notifications.
Result
The entire process is visible in one system. Instead of several people handling it day to day, one person can oversee it, while manual work and errors have been reduced to a minimum.
A product for the property development market
Situation
In property development projects, a lot of time was spent manually preparing visualizations, tables, and offer information. Additional requirements under the Developer Act made the process even more complex.
Implementation
I built and continue to develop a ready-made system that automates visualizations, tables, project data, and the preparation of reports required under the Developer Act.
Result
The result is a cohesive product already deployed for clients and available commercially. Less manual work, faster offer preparation, and easier scaling of the whole process.
Automation of SEO content preparation
Situation
With a larger number of topics, content preparation, quality checks, and revisions became time-consuming. The process involved multiple tools and manual steps, which made it harder to keep track of progress.
Implementation
I built a workflow that automatically prepares content based on recommended keywords, evaluates its quality, applies auto-corrections below a defined threshold, and reports status for further review.
Result
Preparation time dropped from about 30 minutes to 5–6 minutes. The reviewer receives a ready draft and a clear indication of whether any further edits are needed.
